Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Sri Lanka: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 3–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email whenever available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
