At GearX Fitness, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Personal care products (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the approved item back to the provided address.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
